Refunds and Cancellations
You are welcome to request a cancellation of your order at any time before we ship it out. We cannot cancel an order that is actively in transit.
If we have offered a full or partial refund on your order, it will be applied to whatever payment method you used at checkout.

Lost in Mail or Arrived Damaged
All orders are shipped with tracking information. For orders within the USA, the USPS will track your package during its entire journey. If you are outside of the USA, we will ship your order to you via Posten Norge, from Norway. Posten Norge generally only tracks parcels until they leave Norway. Unfortunately there are little or no options available for tracking an international shipment, we have to wait and trust our mail carrying companies.
In the unlikely event your item is delayed during transit, lost in the mail, or arrives to you damaged from carrier handling, there is very little Desert Rose can do to help. Mail carrying companies should be contacted and held accountable by all involved parties.
Return Policy
Most of our products are not appropriate to accept returns on. We do not want used crow collars or opened packages of herbs returned to us- we cannot use or re-sell them. In that regard, most of our sales are final. However, if you have experienced a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we can discuss a resolution.
Your personal information
Any information you’ve supplied to us in order to complete your transaction will not be knowingly shared, distributed, or sold to any party by us. We will not contact you for any reason unrelated to an order you placed with us.
